Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Personalised and custom orders may take up to 5 to 7 business days to process. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery

We deliver across South Africa via courier. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

• Major cities (Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria): 2 to 3 business days
• Outlying areas: 3 to 5 business days

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

• Free delivery on all orders over R900
• Standard shipping rate applies to orders under R900 (calculated at checkout)

Candle Safety During Shipping

All candles are carefully packaged to prevent damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item and contact us within 48 hours at hello@brinkoftouch.co.za.
