How do I send you my photo?
Place your order first. Once it is in, we will be in touch to collect your photo and any personalisation preferences.
What size is the candle?
Each personalised candle is a 400ml soy wax candle, hand-poured to order in Bloemfontein, with over 50 hours of burn time.
How long does it take?
Personalised candles are made to order, so allow up to 5 to 7 business days to craft, plus delivery time.
Can I choose the fragrance?
Yes. Choose from our full range of fragrances to make it truly personal.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
We do. For wedding favours, corporate gifts or events of any size, email us at info@brinkoftouch.co.za for custom options and bulk pricing.
Can personalised candles be returned?
Because each one is made to order, personalised candles cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If that happens, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
