we offer free standard delivery on all orders over R900. this applies automatically at checkout once your order value, after any discounts, reaches R900 or more.
we do our best to process orders within 1-3 working days, but during busy periods this may take a little longer. if your order is urgent, just let us know and we will do everything we can to help.
if your parcel has not arrived within 14 days of receiving your dispatch email, please get in touch and we will follow up with our courier.

returns
every product that leaves our hands is made with care, but we know that sometimes things do not go to plan. if something is not right, we want to know about it.
we accept returns on unopened, undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date. not what you expected? not quite the scent you had in mind? just reach out. we are happy to arrange an exchange or a refund, no drama.
items not eligible for return: personalised or custom-labelled candles, items that have been used or opened, gift vouchers, and sale items marked as final sale.
